Mission statement: Conversational layer for online shops to enable customers to search products via chatbots and voice assistants. We have built a conversational search platform to automatically understand and handle search requests on various channels. We’re using natural language understanding to extract information from search queries in natural language to enable users to ask for products in a natural way. We’re using image recognition to build rich product datasets which form the basis to successfully handle complex search queries.
